Based on this plan, a series of custom-made aligners are crafted to fit snugly over your teeth. Each aligner is worn for approximately one to two weeks, gradually moving your teeth closer to their desired positions. Aligners should be worn for 20 to 22 hours per day, only removing them for eating, drinking (except water), brushing, and flossing.
